Being conscious of and dedicatedly concerned with its corporate social responsibilities, JSIL has been ever supporting social cause services. For this, our group companies collaborate in a substantial way with a leader social service NGO  and contribute a large outlay on social service projects of permanent and time needs.

Activities is collaboration with Social Services Organization, our chief collaborator is Lions Club of North Calcutta which has been a brand citadel for last 52 years in the areas of humanistic services, especially in the tri-fold  of Environmental Preservation, Education and Health where JSIPL has been sponsoring a wholesome financial fund support.

We equally contributed our support to acquire computers for training the youth in need for self employment, conducted by the Lions Club.

In the field of Environmental Preservation and Promotion, we were partners in providing Tree Plantation, beautification, constructing Walking Track and providing an Acupressure Punch Center for better health of morning walkers and other health-keen citizens.

our priority has been uplifting our rural base and for this, we can programs for training women from lower strata in different stages of Gloves Manufacturing so that they can earn their livelihood in a respectable manner. We trained 150 women in a special session on 11^th June, 2013. Engaged in such self-sustaining activities, they are being brought in the mainstream. Similarly, in a special training session in tailoring on 17^th May, 2013, another 150 women acquired the needed skills.

We plan to associate about 5000 skilled person in the area of manufacturing gloves. In the current financial year an eye screening camp was organized under our leadership in Doltala, Madhyamgram where 352 people were screened and 38 persons were successfully operated free of cost to regain sight. Besides, 38 people were given ECG and Diabetes check up. 205 glasses were distributed to the needy and the process would continue to benefit more and more of the society.

JSIPL is dedicated to carry on with their social responsibility  mission with greater force and it has already formulated its specific programmes for the near future, with priority for reaching out to more and many.
